Raised in Birmingham, Sandra Koslin Remington graduated from Indiana University in 2011 with a B.S. in Communications. She attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law on a full academic and partial books scholarship as a Caruther’s Scholar.
At Cumberland, she was Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board and received a Scholar of Merit award in Negotiation, the Hand Arendall Award for Appellate Advocacy, and was named a “Best Advocate” at the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition.
A member of both the Florida and Alabama Bar, Sandra graduated with her Juris Doctor degree in 2014 and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida, and practiced family and matrimonial law at Schutz & White, a preeminent, boutique family law firm in Palm Beach.
At Schutz & White, Sandra gained invaluable experience dealing with high net worth litigation and contentious custody matters under two members of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Sandra and her Husband elected to return to her hometown of Birmingham and, following the birth of their son in 2017, she joined The Rose Law Firm as an Associate Attorney.
In 2020, Sandra pursued her professional dream of running her own firm and balancing being a mother to two young children while practicing the law she loves, family law.

Licensed in both Alabama and Florida, I have experience handling cases involving multi-million dollar estates and businesses and the most hotly contested child custody matters.

I repond quickly to emails and phone calls because I know how important it is to keep you informed as you experience difficult times.
I am equally comfortable litigating cases in the courtroom or negotiating a settlement. I am unafraid of taking a case all the way to trial if it is necessary to obtain the best outcome for you as a client.
While some attorneys may tell you what you want to hear, I give direct advice while understanding the hardship and turmoil that you endure.

Many family law matters are not easy and cause stress and anxiety; my goal is to take my client’s worries and help shoulder them during what is the most uncertain time in their lives.
On a Personal Note
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my Husband, two young sons, and adopted Lab mix, as well as running, reading and watching college football.
